yes, there is a macro record button labeled MR

EDIT: you can even record macros in game.

Plus you can write applets to display various bits of info from current pc temps, hdd stats, voltage stats, to things like the weather, and rss feeds on the lcd.

I have the illuminated logictech keyboard - no LCD on mine. Ultra flat though, and I like it.

I have an Logitech MX 5000, a few years old and the keys keep sticking. One key even takes off by itself and keeps doing this

I think I had an MX3000 ... anyway, similar, beautiful keyboard, great feel etc etc ... the electronics in it went, and it started behaving in a bizarre manner ... eventually it would only "recognise" one key press/release event every second or so ... damn I miss that keyboard
