What is this forum?

This is a special forum that allows you to discuss issues directly with the Mycoffeelounge leadership team. Only you and the team will be able to view and reply to threads you have created.

When should i start a thread in here?

You may create a thread in TWAM when you need to discuss a moderator's decision that has affected you personally, or when you wish to ask advice from a moderator.

This area can also be used to resolve or escalate any concerns you may have with moderation. If you do not feel comfortable escalating matters within this environment, you may do so by contacting a staff member directly.

If your post is about general policy issues, please post it in Site Feedback.

This platform is not an invite to discuss moderation action against other users.

This forum is for genuine complaints or specific advice only. Please refrain from starting threads on trivial or irrelevant topics, or you may be penalised for wasting our time.

When your issue is resolved, a moderator will close the thread. This forum is not to be used for 'general discussion' with staff members. Nor is a thread to be used to collate a series of issues you have over a time peiod.

What if i get no response?

Please understand and respect that staff members are often busy and while this environment will generally mean a 'quicker than normal' reply, it should not be expected immediately. If you feel you have waited sufficient amount of time for a response, please message a senior staff member for advice.

Who can see my threads?

All members of the Leadership Team can see your threads. This includes Site Operations, the Forum Moderation Team and Acumeni.
