Launch Party!!!! DJ Distoria 01-Sep-2006, 3:03 pm Welcome to the PARTY!!!!! Fresh Radio has launched on mycoffeelounge.net! Tonight we're going to party all night long with 4 different DJs that have 4 very different styles!!! Theres something for everyone, and you are going to love what we have in store for you! Feel free to make requests throughout the night using the link above. Tonight we have all 4 DJs doing a show for you! DJ Skidmark will be up first, giving you the hardcore facts of life. His show is much anticipated, and you guys are going to love him! He'll be starting off the launch at 7PM DJ 'Nix will be taking over at 8PM and bumping up the beat a little with some progressive/trance tracks that will really get you into the mood! Party drugs are not necessary, you'll get high just from the music! DJ distoria will be firing up the stream at around 9PM and pumping out everything you can think of! Requests will start being played and we'll hear all the retro, remixes, top40 and request hits you can come up with! DJ oscyaki will then round up the launch party with the late shift starting from around 10PM. He'll take your requests, and play a whole range and variety of music that will keep you dancing all night long! Believe us, you won't be going to sleep tonight! Have you ever considered becoming a DJ? Do you sometimes get bored just reading and listening? Becoming a DJ on Fresh Radio is easy! All you need is a headset and a broadcasting program such as SAM Broadcaster or the Winamp shoutcast broadcasting plug-in and you are ready to go! It's that easy! As you'll notice when you listen to our shows, we have a very diverse bunch of DJs. Each one brings something different! We aren't professional by any sense of the word, and we've all made our DJ 'debut' on Fresh Radio! If you are interested in joining the team, don't hesitate to contact us and find out more about it! The more DJs, the more users can listen to us! The best part about it is that you don't have to be a professional or spend thousands of dollars on equipment, and MyCoffeeLounge.net graciously pays for the APRA license that online radio stations need to have for royalty payments to artists. If you don't feel you are up to being a DJ, you could help us out with promos that we record for streaming. It basically involves recording a short 10 second recording of you saying something about MCL, or Fresh Radio (eg: "Hey this is Jarrah from mycoffeelounge.net and you're listening to Radio Fresh"). If you are interested in helping out with promos, feel free to contact us! We've already had a lot of users send us in promos even before we've launched, which you will hear throughout different shows! Thanks to all those that have/are participating! DJ 'Nix
